Services

We provide software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services as agreed upon in individual project contracts.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code and assets unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms: 50% upfront, 50% on completion.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
